Top Time B01 Deus

The 1960s were a decade of experimentation, fun, freedom and energy. Whether it was cruising the open road on a motorcycle or in a sports car, living life at full speed was the order of the day. Willy Breitling sensed this change in pace and set out to create an unconventional chronograph that reflected the spirit of the era. He named it the Top Time. This spirited tradition continues today as Breitling teams up with some of the biggest names in automotive design to create its Top Time models. Co-created with Deus Ex Machina, the Australian motorcycle and surf lifestyle brand, the Top Time B01 Deus will appeal to bikers, skaters and adventurers who enjoy the freedom to explore the world in their own way and at their own pace. It features the Deus emblem and its motto, “In benzin veritas,” both on the dial, as well as a perforated leather strap with a racing theme, a tachymeter to measure speed, and contrasting “squircle” subdials that evoke the gauges on vintage dashboards. It also features a special lightning-shaped chronograph hand and a real engine under the hood: the exceptional Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01.
