We offer regular shipping by FedEx® on every order.
All items will be shipped within the next 5 to 10 business days depending on stock availability. Chateau D’Ivoire ships from Mondays to Thursdays with the exception of stationery holidays.
Shipping transit time for all orders should take no more than Two business day (if order is placed before 3PM Eastern Time). Canada Customs may choose to inspect your package, which may add an additional day.
Duties and/or taxes
When an order is placed online at chateaudivoire.com and shipped to the US, all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is required to provide Fedex when contacted with needed information for clearance.
15-Day Return Policy
Our 15-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 15 days of the date of shipment for a resize, an exchange or a Store Credit.
How To Prepare A Return
To return a diamond or jewellery item to Château D’Ivoire, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-883-8283 or by email at [email protected]. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process a return. To ensure proper handling of all duties and taxes, please follow the return instructions provided. Please note, the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your Store Credit or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Items are to be returned in the same new condition, unused, unworn, all tags attached and packaging including all related documentation that accompanied the item.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Château D'Ivoire), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved items may not be returned. Returns with no Chateau D’Ivoire return-code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Customer is responsible of sending back item and insuring it in case of loss or damages and assumes full liability. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
