Shipping Policy

We offer regular shipping by FedEx® on every order.

All items will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation, depending on stock availability. Chateau D’Ivoire ships from Mondays to Thursdays with the exception of statutory holidays.

Estimated Delivery

Shipping transit time for all orders within Canada should take no longer than 3-7 business days (if order is placed before 3PM Eastern Time).

Duties and/or taxes

When an order is placed online at chateaudivoire.com and shipped to the US, all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is required to provide FedEx® when contacted with needed information for clearance

10-Day Return Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Château d’Ivoire inc. will accept for return items complying with the condition mentioned below within 10 days of the date of purchase for a resize, exchange or store credit. Items are only accepted for return if they are in the same new condition, unused, unworn, have all tags attached, all protective plastic wrap intact and are accompanied with all packaging and related documentation provided with the purchase. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized by a jeweller other than Château D'Ivoire, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items that show signs of the protective plastic being tampered with, peeled off or removed also cannot be accepted for return. Engraved items, sale items and special orders are final sale and may not be returned.

How To Prepare A Return

To return an item to Château D’Ivoire, please contact our Customer Service by email at [email protected] within 10 days of the date of purchase, providing your order number and a copy of your order confirmation. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process a return. To ensure proper handling of all duties and taxes, please follow the return instructions provided. Please note, the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Any items shipped to Château d’Ivoire inc. without having first obtained return authorisation in the manner detailed above are liable to be refused and returned to sender, at the sender’s expense.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Château D'Ivoire), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved items may not be returned. Returns with no Chateau D’Ivoire return-code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Customer is responsible of sending back item and insuring it in case of loss or damages and assumes full liability. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.

What information is collected by the Company?

Any time you place an order, make an in-store purchase, sign up for our newsletter, submit your contact information and resume for employment purposes, enter a contest, complete a ballot, or introduce or post any text, image, video, audio, or any information, content or other materials through the Site or any other company's website including any of the Company's social networking websites and web pages such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube, or otherwise provide personal information to the Company (including via mail or e-mail in regular correspondence), it is collected, used and disclosed by the Company for various purposes as described herein.
