Large Pilot's Watch 43

Of all the aviation-related models from IWC Schaffhausen, none is as fascinating as the Big Pilot’s Watch. Its purely functional design, reminiscent of flight instruments, and its oversized conical crown are inspired by a military observation watch from the 1940s. The Big Pilot’s Watch 43 is a faithful reinterpretation of this original design, with a dial stripped of all superfluous elements and a 43 mm stainless steel case that combines incredible presence on the wrist with maximum wearing comfort. This model features a blue dial, rhodium-plated hands and a high-quality stainless steel bracelet with a finely adjustable clasp and a tapered profile for improved ergonomics. The IWC-manufactured calibre 82100 is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Reinforced by ceramic components, the Pellaton winding system stores a power reserve of 60 hours. The ergonomic EasX-CHANGE system and the choice of calfskin and rubber straps offer a high degree of flexibility. Add to this a water resistance of 10 bar and this Big Pilot's Watch 43 stands out as a modern, fully versatile sports watch.
