Portuguese Automatic

An open and well-organized dial, with its traditional minute track and small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock: the IWC reference 325 laid the foundations for the Portugieser design in the late 1930s, a design element that would be present throughout the collection's history. Today, this timelessly modern design returns in an automatic model with a compact 40 mm diameter case. The Portugieser Automatic 40 is powered by the IWC-manufactured caliber 82200. This robust, high-quality automatic movement features a Pellaton winding system made of virtually wear-free ceramic components, providing a 60-hour power reserve. This model boasts a stainless steel case, a green dial, and rhodium-plated hands and hour markers. It is fitted with a green alligator leather strap. Its folding clasp makes it particularly comfortable to wear.
