Pilot's Watch Chronograph Top Gun Mojave Desert

The Pilot's Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Mojave Desert features a 41-millimeter case crafted from sand-colored ceramic. Developed in collaboration with Pantone®, this ceramic color was inspired by the flight suits of naval aviators and the desert landscape surrounding China Lake, home to the renowned U.S. Navy's TOPGUN flight school. Technical ceramic is remarkably lightweight and scratch-resistant, making it the ideal material for a pilot's watch. The brown dial with discreet hour markers and numerals, and the beige rubber strap with a textile inset, perfectly complement the ceramic case. The case back, engraved with the signature "TOP GUN," the crown, and the pushers are made of titanium. Inside the case is the IWC-manufactured Calibre 69380 movement. This mechanical chronograph, with its classic column-wheel design, was crafted with a focus on robustness, reliability, and precision. It features IWC's signature vertical dial, which places the minutes markers directly at 12 o'clock for enhanced legibility. A date window is located at 3 o'clock. A soft-iron inner case protects the movement from the effects of magnetic fields, and the front crystal is specially secured to remain in place even in the event of a sudden drop in atmospheric pressure.
