This version features a 41mm stainless steel case, a Dune dial, gold hands, and gold appliques. The standout detail of this model is its meticulously crafted dial, produced using a complex 60-step process. The striking optical depth is achieved through the application of 15 layers of thin, polished transparent lacquer for an ultra-glossy finish. The subdials are milled into both the brass and lacquer layers. A special printing process enhances the 3D effect. Finally, the appliques are individually hand-mounted onto the dial. The Portugieser Chronograph is powered by the IWC-manufactured Calibre 69355, a mechanical chronograph movement designed for robustness, reliability, and longevity. The watch is fitted with a black alligator strap secured by a stainless steel pin buckle.
