Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days Classic Fountain Pen

The Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days collection is inspired by the famous adventure novel by Jules Verne. The Classique fountain pen in blue precious resin refers to the first part of the journey. Its main characters travel from London to Bombay, mainly in a steamship, crossing the Mediterranean Sea and then the Suez Canal. The cap is engraved with a motif representing the key elements of the novel: waves, card signs and a cartridge containing a laser-drawn steamship. The top of the cap is embossed with the duration of the journey, 80 days, 18 of which are from London to Bombay. The writing instrument features a handcrafted 14K rhodium-plated nib, on which the hot air balloon and the start and end dates of the adventure are depicted.
